RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY

Please be sure to review our policies thoroughly. Visiting shopbeachaccess.com and/or purchasing from Beach Access constitutes your agreement with said policies. You will be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of our policies, please do not use the Beach Access website.

Please review our Returns + Exchanges Policy before purchasing from the Beach Access website. Beach Access reserves the right to make changes to our site, products, prices, policies, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you review the Terms and Conditions each time you visit the Beach Access website.

 

We gladly accept returns for online store credit on all items received in like-new condition (excluding sale items) with tags and hygienic liners in place within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please be aware we do not refund. The customer will need to cover shipping costs if they wish to return their item for an online store credit.

All sale items, including clearance items and items purchased with promotional discount codes, are not eligible for return. Additionally, items beyond 30 days of the original purchase date are not eligible for return.

All Island Essentials items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

To initiate a return, email your order number and reason for return to info@shopbeachaccess.com. After receiving approval for your return, please package the item securely and send it back to the address below, along with your original receipt. Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to ensure proof of delivery.

WHEN RETURNING YOUR SUIT, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer pays for return shipping on exchanges for online store credit
  • All swimwear returns must be clean with sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one-pieces), unwashed, and with original hang tags attached within 30 days
  • The original purchase receipt must be included
  • All sales are final on sale items
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process
  • Returns not abiding by our Returns + Exchanges Policy will be returned to the sender.

 

CUSTOMS + DUTIES POLICY

International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer.
